Question : I have been taking restore a lax for two weeks and it's not doing anything it is just accumulating on my left side can I take mineral oil and Senokot together

Senokot (Senna) and Mineral oil can be taken together to relieve constipation.

However, I would recommend discontinuing Restoralax, before starting Mineral oil and Senokot. Too many laxatives can cause side effects like diarrhea, electrolyte imbalance etc.

Take plenty of fluids, include high-fiber diet and probiotics like Yogurt, and avoid caffeinated drinks, exercise regularly to help relieve constipation.
