Can Soma Tablets Be Taken While On Oxycodone?

Question: My husband was in a motorcycle accident about two weeks ago, he is home now they have him on oxycdone 325mg, we had him up moving around yesterday and he thinks he pulled something in his back can he take a XXXXXXX pill. How will they interact with each other.

For a mild pain or muscle pull he can take XXXXXXX pill twice a day after meals in addition to oxycodone that he is already taking. Rest and a heating pad can do more good to him. Avoid all painful activities.

Thank you for the reply, they also have him on enoxaparin sodium injections 40 mg to prevent blood clots does that affect the soma?

Soma- Carisoprodol usually does not interact with enoxaparin. Rarely it can increase the bleeding tendency. He can take one or two doses of XXXXXXX if needed and better to try a heating pad for sprain relief. The pain will subside with rest and heat.
