Question : It has been recommended that I replace Spiriva and Symbicort with Seebri and Ombrez which are newer.
Any comments?

ombrez and seebri are bronchodilatators with similar effect on COPD as spiriva and symbicort and it is questionable will it be more beneficial for you since effect usually depends from amn to man and each patient should find best combination for himself. I can say that these 2 are more expensive but may have less side effect compared to standard bronchodilatators. but also, if you had good results with previous therapy then there is no need for changing it since no significant improvement is expected with newer inhaltors. wish you good health.
