Stalopam plus contains escitalopram and clonazepam. Escitalopram is and SSRI group of drug. It may cause sexual side effects, more side effects in males. In female it may cause anorgasmia (inability to reach orgasm) in 1 to 5 % of the patients taking treatment. However it is not always the case. When due to stress or depression sex life is affected, escitalopram may improve sex life.

Vibrania contain vitamin B12. It is indicated when person has confirmed vitamin B12 deficiency after reports or to treat some neurological and stress related problems.
