Brief Answer:
These combination is safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.

These tablets contains carbidipa, levodopa, rasagiline and amantadine as active ingrediants.
These are all drugs used in the treatment of idiopathic parkinsonism.
When mono therapy fails to control the symptoms (as is the case with most patients),these combinations are very commonly used, without any significant interactions.Anyhow, all these drugs have some side effects(like involuntary movements, nausea, vomiting etc) which if you find it difficult to adjust, you can discuss this with your doctor. You need not worry about the combination in particular.Kindly followup with your doctor as advised.

Hope you got it cleared. If you need further clarification,be free to ask.
Wishing you good health,Thank you.
