Can Theraflu And Benadryl Be Taken Together?

Question: Really stupid question j went to sleep taking 1/2 packet of theraflu the whole packet has 25 mg of diphenhydramine then I woke up couldn't sleep so I also took a Benadryl which has 25 mg of diphenhydramine but it says don't mix with other products with diphenhydramine. but recommended dosage for diphenhydramine is 25-50 mg so I am fine right???
