Brief Answer:

Could suggest overcorrection of hypothyroid state

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms could suggest overcorrection of hypothyroid state.

Excessive intake of thyroxine will cause such involuntary body movements.

Rest of the medications that you are currently taking are not related to these side effects.

It's important to get your Thyroid hormone levels tested and to adjust the dose of thyroxine supplementation accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:

Anxiety and hormonal imbalances are next common causes

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It's advisable to screen yourself for Thyroid profile again. Latest value is required. It's advisable to keep a watch on TSH value and see that it's levels doesn't decrease beyond normal limits.

Other possibilities include Tremor due to Anxiety which can improve with medications like anxiolytic and beta blockers.

Another important condition to be ruled is low blood sugar levels and conditions associated with excessive catecholamine states like adrenal gland disorders.

An ultrasound abdomen may provide a clue to it.

Last but not the least complete Neurological examination is required to rule out organic brain causes.

Brief Answer:

Compressive spine disease to be ruled

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Truncal obesity in your case could be directly related to birth control pills and hypothyroid state.

Considering the pins and needles sensation in the extremities in association with backpain.

The possibility of a compressive spine disease has to be considered as well. For this, an MRI spine would be considered.

I generally prescribe oral medications of Pregabalin and Methylcobalamin to my patients with such symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
