I read your question and i understand your concern. Yes tramadol shows up in urine. It is an opioid, a synthetic one derived from non opioid sources. 90 % of it once metabolised in liver goes by urine for excretion with an average half life of 6 to 8 hours. So a couple of days for complete clearing of the system.

If you have prescription for tramadol then no worries, even if it show up you will have no worries.

now whether it will show up or not in the urine test or not depends on the panel of opioids on the test. If they are looking for tramadol they will find it.
