Question: Hello...I am taking 10mg oxycodone for chronic lower back pain and would like to know if I could substitute tramadol 50mg that I have left from previous scripts as I am running out of the oxy and will be 2 days short of refill date.....appreciate your timee and any help you can offer.... Hello,

oxycodone is a much stronger opioid than tramadol. 10mg are equivalent to 100mg of tramadol, although the equivalence is not the same for all individuals.
