Brief Answer:
Use a topical antibiotic cream

Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
You should be using a topical antibiotic e.g either mupirocin 2% cream/ointment Or fusidic acid 2% cream/ointment,2x daily.
You have been using triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream which is a topical steroid and should not be used for shingles.
