Well,it depends on the degree of inflammatory process and antibiotics are more important for pain management then Tylenol. It may take 4-7 days for pain to decrease and it will be gradual.also, you should adjust your diet,drink more fluids,eat high fibre food,vegetables and avoid coffee and smoking. If there will be worsening of pain you should repeat ct scan. Wish you good health. Regards
