Well,it depends on the degree of inflammatory process and antibiotics are more important for pain management then Tylenol. It may take 4-7 days for pain to decrease and it will be gradual.also, you should adjust your diet,drink more fluids,eat high fibre food,vegetables and avoid coffee and smoking.
