Question : My husband is on a blood thinner medication....Coumadin

He has a cold and wants to know if he can take Tylenol Cold & Flu Severe liquid?

Yes he can take Tylenol Cold & Flu Severe liquid with blood thinner medication Coumadin.

Tylenol Cold & Flu Severe liquid contains acetaminophen,dextromethorphan, guaifenesin and phenylephrine. None of these four medications have any MAJOR interaction with coumadin. So he can take it.
