Question : Can I take tylenol cold & flu caplets if I also am taking 3 300mg gabapentin per day?

Hello,
The only risk would be some increased sedation. If you are not sedated by the gabapentin then you will not likely have a problem with the tylenol cold and flu. If you do not want to take the risk just take plain tylenol, nasal saline and some cough syrup. If you get a high fever or shortness of breath then you would need to see a doctor.
