Question : hi doctor...i suspect that i might had an abortion in early 2011. now doctor suspects that i have kidney stone and wants to do USG abdomen...will it get revealed if i had an abortion...

With USG examination doctors have no chance to reveal that you have an abortion.
Doctors can reveal that you have done an abortion only by doing vaginal examination with speculum of your cervix .
The opening of cervix change in women who have done abortions .

USG examination produces pictures of the inside of the body using sound waves.
Abdominal ultrasound imaging is performed to evaluate the:

kidneys
liver
gallbladder
pancreas
spleen
abdominal aorta and other blood vessels of the abdomen

Use of oral contraceptives may not be detected by USG examination.

This pain is known in gynecology and are called Mitelscmerch pain or rupture of follicul that have ovulated .
Pain is cyclic and is usually 2 weeks before periods.

The ovulation pain usually goes away within about 24 hours, so specific treatment is not required. First of all, rest until you feel better. You must also drink plenty of fluids and at least 8 glasses of water a day. If you have ovulation pain, you must also, check your temperature several times a day to be sure you are not developing an infection. Using a heating pad or taking warm baths can also help to relieve the pain to a certain extent.

For women with severe ovulation pain, over-the-counter pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or aspirin, and a heating pad will usually provide relief from the pain of mittelschmerz. If the pain is disabling and you do not wish to become pregnant, you may want to ask your gynecologist to prescribe oral contraceptives. They will inhibit ovulation, thereby solving the problem.

Normal values of B12 are 200 - 900 pg/mL (picograms per milliliter).
Increased vitamin B12 levels are uncommon.
Usually excess vitamin B12 is removed in the urine.
The reference range of the total 25(OH)D level is 20-100 ng/mL.

Both the numbers are clinically not significant.
