Brief Answer:
Please check the prescription again

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
There must be some mistake in the prescription. Vardenafil and Tadalafil are Phosphodiesterase-5 Enzyme Inhibitors and have the same action. The maximum dose of each of them is 20 mg and there's no 75 mg tablet of either of them.
