Question : can vitamin B-12 contribute to gout or gout symptoms if you have to high of a count? and not peeing it all out if you only have one kidney?

Hi
There is no evdence that Vitamin B supplement contribute gout..
there is only one vitamin, that is vitamin C -- which is actually decrease gout symptoms.
just avoid sea foods, alcohol, smoking (if you do)
start mild exercises and avoid fatty diet also...
all these help in gout, and still if required see a physician to start medicine like allopurinol etc...
