Question : Will vitamin B 12 help diabetic nerve damage in your feet
Brief Answer:
it probably won't unless it's missing
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
lack of vitamin B12 may cause damage to the nerves. If the vitamin is not missing though, then taking it in excess may not help with the neural damage. There are data from studies which suggest that there may be symptomatic improvement in some patients, but there is no clear indication for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy.
Kind Regards!
