                                            Can cause sedation in baby
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Wikoryl tablet contains paracetamol, Chlorpheniramine maleate and Phenylephrine hydrochloride.
Paracetamol is safe to use in breastfeeding.
While Chlorpheniramine maleate and Phenylephrine hydrochloride are antihistaminic drugs which can cause sedation in the baby.Baby can be a bit more sleepy if you take this drug.
I will rather suggest you to take levocetrizine 5 mg twice a day and steam inhalation 2-3 times a day, which will give you better relief and will have no effect on the baby.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
