A XXL coffee is around 700 - 750 ml of coffee. Double cream would be around 5 - 10 ml. The concentration of fat in cream is between 18 - 30%. When it is mixed in 700 ml of water, it becomes quite diluted (~0.025%).
Thus there is no risk of elevating your cholesterol with double cream and 1 sugar.
