As we have discussed in the past use of xanax unto 2 mg is in therapeutic dose range and there is probability of no harm with current medications except dependence and long term complications.
Having said this I will take this opportunity to advice you to be more careful in future as the problem of panic attacks is going own for a long run and any overdosage may cause more harm than benefits.
