Can Zopiclone, Prazosin And Trazodone Be Taken Together?

Question: Can I take 2 x 7.5 mg zopiclone, 2 mg prazosin, and 50 mg trazodone as well for sleep? Is that safe?

Welcome to HCM.

Prazosin, zopiclone and trazodone has no significant interactions.

But there is slight risk of lowering of blood pressure as both prazosin and trazodone lower BP. This can cause drowsiness.

Please take adequate amount of fluids orally with these drugs. Avoid heavy machinery work and driving immediately after taking these drugs.
