Question : my partner who is recovering from a fractures arm is in a lot of pain. She has had 2 endone today, the last one at 1.00pm. Is it Ok to give her a Panadeine fort now, before she goes to bad?

I have gone through your query and health concerns in detail ,It may well be worth trying two Paracetamol tablets first to see if they provide adequate pain relief before adding a stronger pain killer like Panadeine fort .
Do not take Panadeine Forte within 4 hours of taking endone.
