Question : Dr, i had a miscarriage due to blighted ovum on dec 1. Will blighted ovum occur again

It happens once in a while. Not everytime.

Blighted ovum happens due to fertilization of a defective ovum. It is not necessary that you will have a defective ovum next time also. This happens once in a while. To increase the chances of a healthy baby do start taking folic acid supplements and have a regular- daily intercourse during the fertile days of your cycle.
