Related your concern it is known that if you are infected with gonorrhea have an increased chance of getting other infections such as chlamydia or HIV if the partner is getting these infection( even without any symptoms).
But if you mean that if you are just a carrier of gonorrhea and not of chlamydia, (but you should have testing for this because could be asymptomatic), there not exist any chance to infect your partner with chlamydia but only with gonorrhea,
