Dental partial directly cannot cause ‘fail’ or 'violation' on an ignition interlock breathalyzer.
But yes if you have soaked dental partial in a cleanser containing any alcohol like substance before putting in mouth and blew immediately rare possibility is there that it may cause 'fail' or 'violation' on an ignition interlock breathalyzer.
