Brief Answer: Hi and welcome to HCM Detailed Answer: thnaks for the query. Standard urine tests which are used for such cases can detect hydrocodone if taken up to 6 days prior testing. So you can calculate when will it be negative. Other more sophisticated tests can detect it even 4 weeks after intake but these are not routinely used. WIsh you good health. Feel free to ask.
