Question : About 7 months i was having vaginal sex and the woman dod not remove underwear it was just placed to the side. The friction caused a burn/cut. It had went away or at least has bot bothered me so i didnt pay any attention to that area any more. Recently i had sex for two hours with condom which usually with my partner i do not use. Im wondering if this friction burn or sore came back i believe its in the same sopt. I hope this is no STD as i dont beljeve it is. Please let me know best way to treat as it has been like this now 1-2 weeks

Brief Answer:
An eczematous dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.

I am Dr. kakkar(Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.
I can see a slightly red, raised, linear lesion in these images. It seems more like an eczematous lesion rather than an STD.
Is it itchy?
I would suggest you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1% or betamethasone validate 0.1% cream, twice daily. These are prescription medications and I suggest you to talk to your local doctor for a prescription regarding the same.

Brief Answer:
Use cortisone cream

Detailed Answer:
hi.

You may use cortisone cream (1% hydrocortisone), twice daily for a few days. It is milder than what I earlier suggested. Cortisone is available OTC.

Brief Answer:
Koebner phenomena

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

yes, friction may have been a cause of this. Certain types of eczema e.g psoriasis, lichen planus etc arise at sites of friction/ trauma. This is known as koebner phenomena.
