Can A Jerk In The Arms Post Breast Augmentation Cause Damage To Implants?

Question: Hi im almost 5 weeks post op breast augmentation. My friend pulled my arms out and jerked me forward while we were play fighting. I feel a little soreness. Do you think i did damage? No blood or real pain. Am i out of the woods?
