Can A Liver Infection Or Iron Deficiency Be Diagnosed Through Blood Work After Experiencing Dizziness And Fatigue?

Liver enzymes are elevated!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can see the only abnormal test results are the elevated liver enzymes. There are many possible causes to this including infection, alcohol, drugs, medications, etc.
It will be best to allow the doctor who prescribed them to confront the results with finding on clinical exam so as to tell what the possible cause is. He may want to test you for viral hepatitis (A, B and C) as well as get an ultrasound of the liver to see what the state of the liver looks like. However, these numbers are not too alarming to necessitate an urgent trip to any doctor's office. In some patients, a control at 3 months may show a return to normal values.
There is no iron deficiency. While iron seems to be on the low side, your hemoglobin is good. I will rather want to see this test controlled than held unto as valid. However, that in no way stops you from eating right.
Hope I have answered your query. I wish you well and feel free to follow up with me if need be.
Thank you.

No!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
For the nausea and GERD, I will recommend Pantoprazole daily.
For hunger, try regular snacks for now. These are certainly not related or linked to the increased liver enzyme markers.
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
