Question: I Think I have a Hernia but it don't hurt unless I lay on my stomach then this lump co.es out by my belly button

Thanks for your query and photograph.
Noted the history and seen the photo.
By rule there are two characters that you can test by yourself and please let me know the results:
Put a palm on the lump and cough purposefully and forcefully; do you feel something popping out, if you feel so this is called impulse on coughing and a classical sign of hernia.
Try to reduce the lump back to abdomen; if it goes back this is another character of a hernia.
This can further be confirmed by an examination by a General Surgeon and also by real time ultrasonography of the abdominal wall.
