the cyst measures 0.5cm. The endometrium demonstrates hyerechogenidity, 1.1 x 0.6cm with no shadowing. Uterus is anteverted and measures 7x5x3cm. No focal lesions in the myometrium. Ovaries not seen No adnexal mass indication. No free fluid inpelivis bladder unremarkable.
