No it doesnt usually cause palpitation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing.

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.

Please tell me in detail how things started what are your symptoms how do you feel how your symptoms start how they get better what do you do for them.

As far as answer to your question goes, a pinched nerve DOES NOT cause palpitation, the only remote explanation can be that a punched nerve can cause pain which causes increased heart rate which causes palpitations but that is a far off possibilitiy.
