Question: I have a Jpouch and developed a cysts near my Vagina. It burst and pus came out. What are the chances it is STD related?

Based on the history you have shared, it seems less likely to be STD and these doesn't usually present like this. Cysts in this region are usually infective and are due to staph or other gram positive infections. It can start from the hair follicles infection in this region and grow on to be like this. Using antibiotics like augmentin or cephradine may be helpful to speed up recovery. These are available on prescription. Anti inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or ibuprofen will help to limit the inflammation. Topical antibiotics may also be needed. If it doesn't resolve get it examined by a gynaecologist to look for surgical drainage or to look for other causes like. STD screen can be considered as a last resort.
