Brief Answer:
STDs' usually do not present as cysts.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I appreciate your concerns.

Cyst near vagina is usually Bartholin cyst. It is seen in the lower part of vagina. It occurs due to blockage of its duct due to mucosa or inflammation. STDs' usually do not present as cysts. So it is extremely unlikely that it is STD. Do you also have vaginal discharge, ulcers, or urinary complaints. These are suggestive of STD.

Sometimes one may have STD and not have any symptoms. So if you think that you are at risk of STD please consult doctor and get screened for STDs'. If the cyst is large it needs to be treated too.

I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
