Question : I recieved oral sex 4 days back and now i have a red spot on the head of my penis. No itching no soreness just a red spot. Could this be an std. Please help me! I can attach pictures if necessary

I understand your concern.
I have gone through your query and picture and it does not look like to be an std. It can be due to local trauma during the act or might be a local bacterial infection. But as stds can be symptomless sometimes, it is best to get a wound swab tested for culture. Thus std can be ruled out.
Also in such patients, I advise local application of neosporin ointment.
Keep the genitalia clean.
