Question: Can a retina be used if it’s like useless like when u have a piece of scotch tape and it’s in a somewhat ball can the retina get straight out again I’m a ROP baby premmie

I am sorry but I don't understand your question properly. The retina i.e. the inner photosensitive layer needs blood vessels to thrive and these are not properly formed or are damaged in case of ROP or retinopathy of prematurity. So if the film of the camera is already damaged, it can no longer be used. I hope that clears your query.
