Brief Answer:
Numbness is not a typical sign of rosacea.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Rosacea doesn't cause numbness of skin of the scalp. It may give itching or irritation or even pain but not numbness.

Numbness may be a side effect of the topical medication you may be using such corticosteroids or antibiotics ointments.
