Hi,

1.What is the cause of the Ulcer? Whether it developed spontaneously or after trauma?
2.What is the duration of the Ulcer?
3.What are the medicines that you have used till now?
If you have no objection, please post the pic
If there is Pus oozing from the ulcer, Antibiotic should be used.I prefer Antibiotic Linezolid 600mg twice daily.Pain killers should be used to reduce pain and inflammation.
Wound should be cleaned and dressed daily.It should be covered.
Then,it heals in short time.
Nothing to worry.
