Question : we recently went to goa and my wife is having severe itching in area below neck. the area became red so could it be because of heat? can we put cold water with cloth?

I have gone through your complaints and itching could be due to heat.
Yes you can put cold water with cloth.
For itching you can give her antihistaminics like tablet levicetrizine 5 mg.
If possible you can upload the pictures of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

Hi,

Yes, she can still take the same tablet.
Also she can apply a topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream ( tenovate cream ) on the affected areas twice daily.
This will reduce her burning.
