First do ultrasound.
If no uterus, tube or ovary problems then directly semen can be put in uterus, called intra uterine insemination.

She is on a cathater ans has a very small hole (smaller then a pencil) for where her vagina suppose to be, she was told all her life she could NOT have kids and her most recent docter visit she asked her docter about having kids and the docter said there is NO chance of kids unless she had reconstructive surgury. But she does have her period, she is small person anout 80 pounds and has very limited feeling down there

But as you said hole is very small so no chance for intra uterine insemination.

So as of right now, she can NOT get pregnanf? If we were kiss and going being close, if there was some seman that got on her hole, would that be pf concern? Cause we both do not want her to get pregnant and we were both worried if that happened
