I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
This is an early pregnancy of 6 weeks. So, termination of pregnancy by medical method can be done using tablets mifepristone and misoprostol. There are several kits available in the market containing this tablet.
However, I will suggest her to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and take medical abortion under his/ her guidance.
