Question : Can accidental high doses of Effexor ,300mg a day for 3 weeks, cause high fluctuations
in blood pressure?

I am so sorry to hear about this mix up with the dosage of effexor. Fro real, these are symptoms of toxicity related to effexor. As you return to normal dosage, this will slowly fade away. There is no need to seek further care and exercise patience at this time and all will return to normal.
