Question : I have asthma and bipolar. I accidentally inhaled some black mold spores on Saturday and that night I had shortness of breath. Yesterday I was still short of breath and I full body aches. Today I had lightheadedness and felt weak. Should I go to the urgent care?

By your history and description, possibility of bronchitis is more.
So better to visit emergency room because you need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
Anti inflammatory drug like paracetamol and antihistamine drug like levocetrizine or fexofenadine are also helpful.
All these drugs are prescribed drugs so you need to consult doctor.
