Very likely it would be excreted with stools in next 72 hours,Unless it get impacted somewhere in the intestinal tract.I would suggest you to take 20 to 30 grams of isaphghul husk with XXXXXXX warm water.It will swell up inside intestine and form bulk and would help in excretion of the fork and would prevent its impaction.Keep an eye on your stools for next 3 days and see if it is excreted or not.
You can also take a laxative to increase spasms in intestine which would on one hand prevent impaction of fork and secondly would cause early excretion of it.
Plastic can not be digested by human body.So all you can do is to eat lots of bulk forming agent and to check stools every time.Watch for any blood in stools or pain in abdomen.
In case you feel pain at any moment you have to move to the nearest emergency room for an ultrasound.
