Brief Answer:
slight possible interaction if has acetaminophen

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different formulations of mucinex fast XXXXXXX

The mucinex fast XXXXXXX that contains acetaminophen (mucinex fast XXXXXXX cold and sinus and mucinex fast XXXXXXX cold flu and sore throat) can potentially interact though it is a minor interaction.
Alcohol can mildly affect the breakdown of acetaminophen by decreasing its breakdown, this interaction is minor and if it does occur (and may not), would only cause slight change in acetaminophen levels that should not be associated with any issues.

The mucinex fast XXXXXXX dm XXXXXXX and mucinex fast XXXXXXX severe congestion and cough do not contain acetaminophen.
There are no known significant interactions.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
