Question : I have been diagnosed with early, well compensated cihrossis. can I have a glass of champagne at an upcoming wedding? can I substitute no alcoholic wine? thank you
Brief Answer:
I would prefer non alcoholic wine!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am happy to hear you are taking active measures to very much protect your liver. A glass of champagne, once in a while would not aggravate the cirrhosis. However, It would be preferable to just keep away from it like you have been doing for the past three year. With a non alcoholic wine present, I would recommend more of that.
