Question : I had private part massage(no sex involved) almost 8 months ago. She used oil to massage my penis. It got swollen after 15 mins when I came home and tip of the penis was red and hurting me which goes away on its own in 5-6 days. I got tested for UTI, stds and stis all came negative. And teated again after 2 months all came negative again. Then peeing frequently and bladder is not empty feeling started. All symptoms gone like frequent pee and bladder empty after taking antibiotics. But I had very light pain in lower abdomen on bladder tubes not severe and now from last 1 month. All UTI and STDs came negative but having these acute pains is concerning now because it's been 8 months now. But I am preety sure something happened with that oil because my penis got swollen after 15 mins. Is it something related to allergy of oil?

Based on the facts that you have provided the symptoms that you had may be likely due to trivial injury caused to Penis during massage.

I would recommend to get Ultrasound Scanning of Penis done to rule out the same .

Taking Urinary antibiotics like Nitrofurantoin twice daily for long term (Two Months) should resolve the issue.
