Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Chronic allergy can lead to nasal congestion which can cause fever too which is usually low grade.
Give the child tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily for allergy.
Separate the child from the pet.
Measure the fever with a thermometer. If the fever persists, get the child examined by a paediatrician.
Any further questions are always welcome.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
Thanks and regards
