I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

I can see a smooth bald patch of hair loss. This is Alopecia Areata.
Treatment of choice is intralesional triamcinolone acetonide 10mg/ml injection. The injection may have to be repeated after 3 weeks. It is taken under guidance of dermatologist.
