Question : Can an APN prescribe adderall? I can't seem to get any energy. All I want to do is sleep. I have bipolar 2 disorder and I am on pain medication for a serious back injury. I need something to help give me some energy. Getting ready to move and its summer and I don't even have the energy to play with grand babies. What can I do? Could adderall help if not than what. I have tried every supplement known to man and no luck so far,

Adderal can not be prescribed anybody except a medical doctor. The prescription of adderal is done entirely by doctor who have experience in treatment of ADHD.

Having said this it is important to understand that adderal will cause worsening of symptoms particularly sleep rather than being helpful.
